Upon arrival, allow a St. Regis Butler to arrange coﬀee or tea service in your room. And, if you wish, a St. Regis Butler will arrive after your morning wakeup call to draw your shades and deliver your coﬀee or tea, as well as the day’s newspaper and weather forecast.
Unpacking & packing services
Allow a St. Regis Butler to take care of the unpacking and storage of your luggage so that you can simply relax and enjoy. Similarly, before you depart, simply contact the Butler Service Desk to dispatch a butler to assist with gathering and folding your garments to prepare for the journey home.
Once you are unpacked, simply let your St. Regis Butler know which garments require pressing and he or she will be pleased to assist, returning the garments to your wardrobe promptly. Generally, the pressing of up to two garments is complimentary during your stay.

I'm a 100+ night plat. I've stayed at 20+ St. Regis properties.
These guys really stand out. Butler service is super super responsive on WhatsApp. They are always friendly and helpful. I've never gotten a 'no' from them, despite my crazy requests. To be honest, I think they set the Global standard here. At least across the 20+ StRs I've been to.
For example, in my last trip, I had an unexpected tack-on trip that came up to a warm destination. (But had only cold-weather clothing.)
My butler (Dahria?) went way above and beyond. She spend 5+ hours shopping for me, sending me pictures on WhatsApp the whole time. I just thumbs-upped or down the items, and she grabbed them for me. I didn't have to step foot out of the hotel to be prepared for a warm-weather trip.
Rooms are all nice and well-appointed. Also, it's worth noting that the internet is fast and always works. (Not the case in many SPG properties, sadly.)
Platinum recognition is strong. Same with gluten-free recognition.
My only knitpicks are with bell staff (which can be hit or miss) as well as the one restaraunt on property. It's great for breakfast, but could have a stronger menu for lunch and dinner.
